Signing in online was useless. Cashier had to refund my money and we had to fill out the check in form again. As for the vehicle, it was not cleaned. Animal hair found all over the cab and in back of the vehicle. Also found multiple furniture covers thrown around the back. Very disappointed of the condition of the vehicle.Brett B.
Clean the truck, finding used moving blankets stacked in the front seat is disgusting and so is not sweeping out the back of the truck. Also, complete the transaction with me instead of stopping 3 times to go wait on other customer. The service was less than stellarKATHERINE P.

Everything was great. The truck was clean and good service. It was really nice in the fact it was low mileage. I pretty much loaded to almost max weight and it drove great. Had more than plenty of power. I really like that Everything was done online, quick and easy. Keep up the good work.RONALD T.

First, I checked in online so I thought all I had to do was show rental agreement, show ID and do an inspection. Oh no, the guy at rental location refused to listen to me or look at rental confirmation. He was rude, to say the least. I was frustrated with him so I reverted in kind. He asked for credit card, I refused telling him I already paid...he finally conceded and put his head outside and said â€œthat oneâ€ and pointed. I go to check it out and he had a massive dent. I get home and find out it has a flat tire. I had to add air each day. Worst rental experience! You have to bet your rental representatives better.John E.
Swore up and down tank was not full but it was. It was on half a tank when I went to put gas in it and I put $25 in and that filled it up. Guy at the drop off location said it wasn't full and charged my card an extra $20. I would love if someone could call me back regarding this issue. 405-888-4423AARON F.

This location is in a service station that has only one employee working everything!!! He was rude and rushed.. I waited longer to turn in my rental than when picking up. The location not only is a service station but fishing supplies!! Not a clean place at all. I have a very large move coming up and I will NOT be returning my rental to this location!Delores T.

I was wasting his time. He pointed at the trailer from the door of the gas station and said there it is.... I loaded myself having to lift the toung off ground. I stained my back. He didn't check anything. Will never use again!GARY W.

The truck right rear tire had no tread in the center the steering was loose and needs repairs the alignment is way off needs to go to a shop for front end repair and alignment if you need a shop to work on it call 405 2396013 and I will set you up with a appointment ask for billyBilly W.
I spent time reserving this online and with your app. The app gave me the option to do everything on the app so i would not have to go through all the steps again when picking up the truck. Instead, when I picked up the truck, the Uhaul guy didnt know anything about the app and that they do not have an option to pick up trucks that way. He then tried to sell me all the insurances and coverage AGAIN and was very rude. He needed my credit card again AFTER i already completed it in the app. He needed my driver's license again AFTER I already took pictures and uploaded to the app. I would not ever use Uhaul again from this location.Justin H.

Super nice guy! Filled up the gas tank onsite and simply walked in to drop the truck off. Our pickup site didn't give us the correct amount of pads, and the guy graciously helped out. Would definitely us this site again!April C.

Everything was good. The only thing I noticed is you have to hold the steering wheel to the right to keep the truck going straight. If you keep the wheel straight the truck wants to go to the left.Matthew M.
This place was the smoothest, fasted uhaul rental I've ever rented. Usually takes a long time waiting for others. He was quick, thorough and efficient. Hassle free all the way. That's awesome when u already have the stress of moving to deal with. Thank youDarla C.

Furniture pads stored in an outside cabinet. Pads were dirty and full of spiders. Reserved 24 pads, but store only had 18 on hand. Was still charged for 24 at pick up location (drop off location corrected that mistake). The truck itself was clean and in good condition.NATHAN M.

The young man was not very communicative on phone or in person. I'm not sure if he just needed some training or was just filling in for a staff member. He was not rude or anything like that, just didn't have very good customer service skills.gail M.

First truck we reserved was broke. Next truck had a dead battery but owner was great and helped get it going. However this added mileage to our rental unfort. Not happy about that.SONYA W.

I went to this location because it was one of very few still open and I needed to return UHaul that day. The young man was nice enough but he had no idea how to unhook the UHaul and was constantly "pulled away" to sell lottery tickets. They could not give me a printed receipt that I had returned the UHaul. Finally another customer helped me unhook the UHaul and I gave him $10 cash for helping. My suggestions is longer hours especially on the weekend for your larger UHaul only dealers.Lester D.

Horrible service. Didn't say a word to me whike i waited or while I was being served. Charged me 57 dollars for an extra day because I was an hour iver my deadline and dis not explain any of this to me. Just charged me and told me to have a good day. I found out I was charged when I received my receipt via email. Will never go here again or refer any body there. They should be stripped of there Uhaul business. Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Very disgusting establishment as well.Joshua C.
Arrived at store at scheduled pickup time. Store said open but no one was there. Knocked and called several times and waited 30 minutes before leaving. Had to then drive back to get the truck and still waited 20 minutes to check in even though I had already done it online. Owner was not at all apologetic or concerned. There is only one person working the location who had many convenience store customers and was constantly having to attend to the cash register. The trailer's lights quit working the next day and the tie downs inside had missing hardware, which made it difficult to secure the cargo.JOHN S.

I called uHaul and complained. I was supposed to receive a call back the next day and never received any call from uHaul. The problem is this location is a convenience store. 1 person works there and always helps convenience store customers above the uHaul customers. It took him about an hour to finish with me and was interrupted about 30 times with other customers during that time. I actually tried calling uHaul while I was sitting there waiting on him so I could cancel my reservation and go somewhere else to get help, but was on hold too long. On top of this, once rental was complete I was left to figure everything out on my own. There was no inspection or going over the equipment and how it worked. Very disappointing! Thankfully, I know this is not a reflection on the uHaul company as I have rented from uHaul enough to know better.James G.
