I rented the truck on 10/11/2026 at 1pm and turned in at 9:13pm on the same day; I was being charged an extra $130 due to the U-Haul saying it was supposed to be turned in at 3pm

I booked a trailer back in April for August 1st from a U Haul 2.5 miles from me. Two days before I was to pick it up I get a message that I have to go to a different location which was 18 miles from me to pickup the trailer. That’s bullshit!!! If this is how U Haul does business I will not be back!!!

This location there was no employees in the open lot when I returned the rental, and these people still charged me a extra day fee even though I was at work when they claimed I returned it and are refusing to refund me my money
