Well over all my experience started off bad. My original pick up location was at ideal tile in patchogue. Upon arrival to that location there was a problem with my pick up. When I went to check in online it made me call customer service. I called and there was an issue. I scheduled a after hour pick up, the location was closed and they didnt leave any information for the keys. The customer service agent was amazing and helped me find another truck in the area. I drove 2 hours as I had something to pick up in long Island and he made sure that I didnt make that trip for no reason. He found me another location 15 min away and gave me a bigger truck for the same price as that was all that was available. Still the entire process of getting my truck took longer then expected

Nobody was there when I went to pick it up. I do not use apps. After multiple phone calls I found out that you need to use the app because there’s a lock box there to pick up the key.

I was charged a disgusting amount of money because they couldn’t focus long enough to explain anything to me. I am extremely upset with how this facility was run.
JAKE BThere was no customer service. All attempts to contact JNM Mangement were unsuccessful. No U-Haul agent was present on site, even though an over-the-counter rental was requested. The requested equipment was not available. Addition requested equipment rented from a different vendor to complete move. Too much emphasis is put on using the APP by this company and not on face-to-face customer service. COVID is over let get back to good old customer service!!!!
