Drop off location changed way away from where I was originally told. The location was way out of the way. Joe Bates just took the truck. No paper work for me to have to confirm I had indeed returned a U-Haul truck. Next day a email was my only receipt. I think paper trail (I printed the e-mail) was/is more assurance of transaction complete.

Cody AI reserved a truck in person at a location in Walpole, New Hampshire, the day of I went to pick up the u-Haul and they informed me that my reservation had been changed to a different location, I was not told that you had to have Internet/Wi-Fi in order to pick up the unit, I was out in the middle of nowhere, and had to figure out how to call and get online to be able to find the code for the truck keys. I had reserved my vehicle for 8 AM and by the time all of this rigmarole was done. It was after 9 AM. Not to mention this location added 20 minutes of time to my drive, both ways. I would never recommend anyone use U-Haul, for the amount of money I paid in the amount of stress that you caused me. It was not worth it.
Robert WWent over and above to acquire the rental unit so that I didn’t have to be inconvenienced with a long distance pickup. My only complaint isn’t with Joe’s but with uhaul. Noticed on my receipt a charge for “Safe Travel Fee.” WTH? Just an add on fee of $7.00. Only there: Because they can!
JOHN LWe were there for 45 minutes trying to figure out how to pickup the truck because it was not yet staged. Aside from the checkin process, everything else was fine.
Christopher MOur reserved location, Enfield NH, was awful and unprepared for our transaction. We needed to travel an hour further to find an available truck. Customer service was overwhelmed and unable to assist us with technical issues. Very frustrating.
