While the final pickup location was great, the INITIAL pickup location which was changed without me being notified by email or phone. This resulted in a 1 hour delay in having to drive 30 additional miles out of my way. This put me an additional 2 hours late getting my move completed which could have been avoided with s simple communication from UHaul.
