Basilio PThe 20 ft trailer we rented was having issues changing gears. Needs to be looked into before it leaves a customer stranded. Didn't state this after returning the truck as we were in a hurry and the process to return took long. Not as long as the pickup.

Daniel RPicked up Uhaul, it was really dirty. I usually take pictures of it if it’s dirty…but did not this time around. I was in a rush to get to work. I am a balloon artist and transport balloons in a bag…I never leave a mess or any type of debris. Reviewing my receipt I noticed I was charged a cleaning fee. The gentleman who brought over the truck to me, must have seen how dirty the truck was. It should have been cleaned prior to turning in to another customer. I call Uhaul right away, since I tried telling Joes master shop and the girl told me I should have told them. In my opinion, the truck should not have been so dirty to begin with when turning in to another client. I will not rent from them again. I will wait for Uhaul to contact me regarding this matter.
SELINA RYoung lady, I believe her name was Nanette, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained the process and and took her time in processing my rental and yet did expeditiously. I would definitely use them again.

Amanda MI had to make three phone calls and waste time in a chat room to get the drop off location changed. When I arrived at the place U-haul assigned....I was told they did not have room to take my trailer. I plead me case and they eventually took it. I fount the whole customer experience to be daunting and painful. I wish there were other options besides U-haul. I need to rent a 26 ft. truck in a month or two. How about giving me a discount for the poor service I experienced?

Johnny BUhaul should make sure these locations have proper equipment available. I had reserved some furniture blankets and a furniture dolley and the localtion did not have them. Lucky for me the workers of this location were courteous and very professional and did not charge me for said things.

San JMy experience at Joe’s was very good. I’ve rented equipment from this location and never had issues, always great customer service! The dolly was clean, but the ratchet assemblies need some looking into. I noticed part of the assembly had nails in place of pins. The ratchet itself requires lubing or possibly replacing.

Jose GI set up this rental on line. the personnel who handle the transaction were not very helpfull, and left many questions unanswered. I call again 2 says before the pickup date to confirm a pickup hour since I wanted to be sure, especially for the help I had hired. This next lady was rude, disrespectfull, and non reassuring. If not for the need, I would have cancelled the transaction. I was very disappointed with your on line services!!
