A call back was requested from higher up ! No call at all! We had to unbury the truck as well as plow the driveway with a nearby neighbor from the 8 in of ice and snow ! Another customer was also there ! We had to use tow straps to dig uhauls out ! No two at the uhaul dealer (house) I have footage and pictures ! No response to date! I also had the uhaul reps several time on the phone for this ordeal ! No call no refund as promised ! Joes towing should be held accountable

The rep was very polite. The truck was clean but driver side of cargo area had a leak causing water to be in the cargo area when it rained for two days.

Office staff was extremely friendly and polite. Please fix the front entrance to this location though. The deck boards are in rough shape and some felt like they were about to break beneath my feet. Id hate for someone to get hurt. The particular truck I rented seemed like it may be having transmission issues . The low gas level light came on almost as soon as I left the yard.

Get a working number for the location ,also was lied to I had to pay more for mileage then I used because the supervisor said that o that’s the call center had nothing to do with them and they should of never figured out total mileage with me and he was rude U-Haul smelled inside all the way around crappy service when I talked to customer service
