The only problem was the moving service that Uhaul set me up with. Uhaul should no longer recommend the. They were a no call no show. We had to do most all the moving ourselves and caused us to be late returning the truck. That would not have happened, if we had the help that we paid for.Laura C.

I did not have any problems with the pick up location, the problem I had was with Uhaul and the online pick up, it did not work like it was suppost to so I was delated until the store was open. I do not recommend pick up online!Jana C.

My only complaint is not really with this location but with the way my reservation was handled. I was supposed to pick my truck at a different location and the truck really ended up at Joey's Warehouse Sales after I had to contact the UHaul customer service number. Up to 15 minutes before I had to pick up my truck I was unsure wether I was going to have the truck or not. Luckily, Joey's had ready very quickly.Julian V.
My original confirmed reservation 29659602 time and location for pick-up was Marathon 3527 Lansdowne Dr, Lexington, KY 40517 at 10:00 am Friday 7/16. Late Thursday 7/15 while I was driving from SC to Lexington I received a call from the Marathon location informing me that they did not have the equipment. They informed me that the equipment was in Frankfort, KY. I then had to drive to Frankfort to get the trailer that was confirmed for Lexington. "UNACCEPTABLE - SLACK - IRRESPONSIBLE". I then tried to use the after hours drop off in North Charleston at 4788 Dorchester Rd. The UHAUL app would not recognize my location at the facility. As I felt responsible for the equipment, I decided to pull the trailer back to my home city Spartanburg, SC. This was not an issue with my phone device. All other apps were working properly. I tried to reach someone via the UHAUL support customer service phone number and no one was available. The locations in Frankfort and Spartanburg were more than helpful. However, on a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being the worst possible experience, I rate UHAUL at "1". As well, It was stated that there was a $50 compensation for UHAUL's failure to deliver the equipment based on the contract. I have not received the $50.RICHARD H.

Maybe the agent should focus on one customer at a time. Regardless if she has several businesses where she was talking non stop to other employee in other location through her camera system or whatever it was, one shouldn't have to wait. I paid for a dolly and they were supposed to have added some moving blankets and none of these items were in the truck. I also asked for a specific pickup and return location and they had be pick it up from a completely different city and return it to a completely different location that did not even indicate where the key drop off was.Dilruan N.

improve the time it takes to complete the reservation and drop all the hidden fees because i got charged double for being two hours behind schedule due to this issue.. just glad it's over if there was another company to rent people who are moving can't always afford to get robbed by the moving company.ANTHONY N.

Great service! I was a bit late with returning the truck and they were really nice and very understanding. Fast service, I scheduled online went to the store and had my truck within 3 minutes. Drop off was exactly the same very quick. I would definitely rent through joeys again grade A service!LaShell B.

The online order process was frustrating. I could not get several steps to work with my phone. Luckily, Joey's was open. They were extremely helpful. I would recommend UHaul based on the local customer service, not on the online experience.Regina-Wink S.

The return process (using the app) was a little tedious, as the app inexplicably had me repeat the entire process 1-2 times. But otherwise was very straightforward. Overall, my experience was extremely positive.Bryan C.

It was a very frustrating experience finding a truck. Poor business model. Technology needs to improve. The ability to track the trucks location would make things easier for the call center to confirm that trucks are at the location they're supposed to be.jonathan E.

The guy who i rented the uhaul from, answered all of my questions perfectly. He reassured me on how use it properly, walked me through the process of using it to it's utmost potential, and was really nice/forgiving along the way. I couldn't be happier with where i rented this.Dalton C.
