Great service! I was a bit late with returning the truck and they were really nice and very understanding. Fast service, I scheduled online went to the store and had my truck within 3 minutes. Drop off was exactly the same very quick. I would definitely rent through joeys again grade A service!

The online order process was frustrating. I could not get several steps to work with my phone. Luckily, Joey's was open. They were extremely helpful. I would recommend UHaul based on the local customer service, not on the online experience.

The return process (using the app) was a little tedious, as the app inexplicably had me repeat the entire process 1-2 times. But otherwise was very straightforward. Overall, my experience was extremely positive.

Disinfect the cabs of the trucks or vans and leave a paper or sticker in the seats to show that they have been disinfected.

How about get your customer service to not be hateful to your customers and how about making it where if someone has an issue your service could actually help them what is appointment 800 number for help after hours when your people refuse to help me

I wish my pickup location had been close however Joey was very kind and helpful. Thru a scheduling mishap He allowed me to pick up the appliance dolly from his location, which would have otherwise caused me to wait till after the truck was loaded. Great customer service experience.

It was a very frustrating experience finding a truck. Poor business model. Technology needs to improve. The ability to track the trucks location would make things easier for the call center to confirm that trucks are at the location they're supposed to be.

The guy who i rented the uhaul from, answered all of my questions perfectly. He reassured me on how use it properly, walked me through the process of using it to it's utmost potential, and was really nice/forgiving along the way. I couldn't be happier with where i rented this.

The guys over at Joey's did an amazing job. The issue came in with the U-Haul reservation system double-booking trucks. I missed my lease signing because the truck that I had reserved and called to confirm was rented to someone else even though I had a reservation. The guys at Joey's did everything they could to help me, and they even got me a trick earlier than my pickup time for my replacement reservation.

WE ORDERED OUR 2 UHAUL TRUCKS 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE PICK UP THE TRUCKS WERE NOT ON SITE AND THEY WERE NOT THE RIGHT SIZE SOMEONE WASNT LISTENING WHEN WE CALLED SO WE HAD TO DRIVE TO ANOTHER LOCATION TO PICK UP ONE OF OUR TRUCKS AND THE OTHER TRUCK WAS A SMALL TRUCK IT ALL WORKED OUT BUT IS DID PUT ME BEHIND WITH MY PROJECT BECAUSE SOMEONE DID NOT LISTEN

The fuel tank was not all the way on full when I picked it up, it appeared to be as it was off the F symbol some but one cannot tell that until they fill it up as I did, then the F symbol went all the way over past the F. It appears I lost about $10.00 on fuel return. This was pointed out to the dealer but he did not to discount my cost in anyway. Normally I would rate this dealer a Excellent or Above Average, but I don't care to be ripped off. May use another dealer or rental company next time. I will be sure to warn others I know who may use them about the fuel issue of their trucks.
