They charged me for the cleaning, but the van was dirty and they still charged me for it. I want them to reimburse me for the $25 cleaning fee they charged. I hope for your prompt response.

jason nwe had done all of our verification steps through the app and the person in charge of dealing with the keys had us re-do everything and was really unhelpful when the phone number wasn't receiving the text message link to do the same thing all over again for no apparent reason. when we returned it they were kind enough to park it for us but rushed us out and i didn't have time to finish the closing steps in the app and had to call customer support to make sure they close the reservation for me because the location never did. overall poorly managed. the truck itself had a left blinker issue and the back right tire needed air, both things that weren't told to us before we got the keys.
Mariana pU-Haul and the healing hands at drop off in nyack were amazing ! I would recommend them and use them again! Lucky movers in Brooklyn should take a page out of their book. Healing hands movers were professional and in time and help ease the pain and despair the first movers cost me as they never showed. That was bad business lucky fellas movers Shame on you and not even a phone call. I would rate u triple 000 do not use them! No communication after confirming they would be there when spoke and no voicemail available

Liberta PMight be the last time I use uHaul, and definitely will try some other service the next time I need to move. I was tricked during the registration process and got an in town when I specified one way. When I called to fix that, I was transferred to the owner of the site who told me: It was HIS truck and I needed to drive the 100+ miles back to drop off HIS equipment. I asked what it would cost to do a local drop off (never had an issue the 4+ times I’ve done this) and was told another $460 charge would apply. Apparently, as it was HIS truck if I did a “wrong” drop off, they would have to get someone to drive all the way up to where it was and drive it all the way back. I asked to get that quote in writing and he got flustered, saying he’s already done so much for me and it’s against his policy to share quotes in writing. Sketchy.. So I made the drive back (200+ miles round trip) only to find THEY HAD THE EXACT TRUCK ON THE LOT I WAS RETURNING. I feel scammed… What was the point of having me drive all that way if you had a replacement truck already? Last thing - the attendant was completely incompetent.. Did not know how to get me the keys when I first arrived, forgot to do the pre check before sending me off, and did nothing to verify the check in when I returned. I had to take my own photos as evidence of miles + condition of the truck.
Maximilian HI would like to report that the right rear view mirror needs to be adjusted to the proper height. It was difficult to have a clear view of the right side of the vehicle. I wouldn’t want another driver to experience this.
