We had great difficultly checking in on the App. It asked for a passport for identity authentication which we did not expect. However, the on-site agent was very helpful. The return location was blocked off by a street fair at our designated return time. That was very inconvenient, although the on-site agent was able to handle it. However we were not able to refuel the vehicle at the return location (which was a gas station) so incurred significant extra cost for a refueling charge.
