The location was perfectly located near where I was taking my items. However, after I put gas in the vehicle and parked it where I was told to leave it, I did not get any paperwork at the location or via E-Mail indicating the truck had been "checked in".
Stephen RNo hitching support is provided to the customer. As an old man with a bad back, I would have been adversely affected had it not been for the grace of good Samaritan. They ARE the only location in the area with availability on SUNDAY.
Donald DThey didn’t really know what they were doing. Left me to hook up my trailer myself. Told me there were no blankets or hand truck but when we got home opened the truck and the hand truck was in the back of the truck along with about 2 dozen blankets l.
Hazel JTook two week for the U-Haul to be checked in. I called each day and no one could help. I got told the same things over again. I finally got it resolved, but I didn’t get refunded for extra miles I paid for. If I didn’t call U-Haul and explain so that they could go in and see the extra miles I paid for, I wouldn’t got my money back and got scam because no one wants to do their jobs at U-Haul.
Christopher BUnprofessional, I was suppose to have a dolly. When I went to the location to get the truck the owner said they don’t have dolly’s at the location but I was still charged for it. The truck I was suppose to get I didn’t and was given a different one. Very time consuming as well.
