Twice used, twice failed causing me to have to reschedule my move and inconvenience others who were helping me. *** NO MILITARY DISCOUNT *** you would think that they would give a discount to our armed service members, but no. Not even an apology for the inconvenience and delay in getting the truck. *** SEARCH FOR OTHER OPTIONS BEFORE RENTING FROM U-HAUL ***
