Patrick DThe right front tire was extremely worn and barely made the full trip from Marshall to Grand Rapids. I’m disappointed that I didn’t see this when I first picked up the vehicle, but I am more disappointed that U-Haul did not detect this flaw.

JEANNETTE WThe vehicle needed some mechanical issues taken care of. Makes a grinding noise around 60 mph. Other than that, the u haul was great and the people I dealt with too.

Karl CI got conflicting information from two people who worked at the same location. I was interrupted in the middle of moving to straighten it out. Make sure everyone is trained the same way.
Jason HMaybe the check in location can be in the front of the store. Not an good ideal to be in the back of an building when no one else is attending the front. Just concern about her safety. Because in this day and time. We have to be aware of our surrounding.
Brenzetta WPleasant, very easy to rent and make my experience the best, will always use U-Haul for my jobs that I need a truck, trailer, or moving vehicle.
Ron WLoading ramp was too short. Very difficult to roll up at such a steep angle.

KIMBERLY NTruck was very clean, but was loud, seemed to struggle going uphill, and the tires may need realignment. The facility and staff were amazing. This is the cleanest truck I have ever rented.
