Good customer service
CALEB PThe person couldn’t even move the trailer properly and didn’t know how to hook it up properly I had to help, where he had all the trailers it was very cramped area. He would not listen to me when I told him I wanted to pay debit instead he took my card information from my file without consent. He didn’t even make sure that all the lights on the trailer where in working order.

GLENN WCompletely iced over lot, no salt. Trailers blocking each other and no person to assist with hook up or moving trailers. I was told to move the trailer by hand and to hook up then tell her when it’s done. From my experience with U-Haul this goes against policy or at least common sense for a store owner.. My wife was in contact with the chat on the day of rental and we are waiting contact from management.

MARCELO BThe tow dolly was behind several items. We had to move them out of the way to get at it. I feel it should have been ready and accessible for us.
RICHARD WOn pick up the trailer was in a corner behind a bunch of yard debris and between other trailers and vehicles that could not be moved. I had to pull it out, manoeuvre and walk it over to my vehicle by hand since you could not get a vehicle close to where the trailer was. Drop off was not too bad.

VOLODYMYR TWe tried to return at 1am using the app and the app would not work we had to sit there for over a half and hour trying to get the app to work to return the trailer and we called the number but bisiness was closed it was a pain in the ass they need another opinion for returning after hours

John DThe vehicle had garbage in it, someone keys were in the glove box, and it's smelled bad. I do not believe it was cleaned prior to it being rented back out.

Sadije KCargo van I rented was ready when I got there. I noticed that it was filthy in the drivers cab area as well as the inside of the van transport inside. I took pictures of the odometer and all areas of the inside/outside van for my records as it was very dirty with a lot of dried mud inside and brought this up to the attention of the person on duty at the Jolley Variety store so I would not be blamed and charged for leaving the mess behind.They looked and acknowledged the dirt and mud left from the previous use as they did come to look for themselves. Other than the dirt and mud it was a quick and good experience. Thank you
carmen dI made a reservation online but when I got to the location, they wouldn’t take my Mastercard or my debit, even though on the site it said they did. When I returned the vehicle, they tried charging me extra for multiple “service fees” that had no standing on my account. At the end of the day, I still paid $100 for 2 hours using a truck and put more gas in the vehicle then was originally in the car. Should have been an easy transaction picking up and dropping the vehicle but instead it was exhausting and brutal.
