The business was closed, so the personnel issue was no problem. But the parking lot was all mud making the exterior dirty. There was no trailer jack making solo detaching with a trailer that size very difficult. I also took pictures thru the app but when i put my phone down to detach the trailer, it said my return was complete and I could not add the final picture of the front of the trailer
