Very convenient, I was able to use it just for a couple of hours. Saved me from having to ask anyone for their help, made me feel more independent and not ruin anybody’s vehicle

James TI UNDERSTAND USING OLD "ANCIENT" VEHICHLES FOR LOCALS. BUT THIS VEHICLE NEEDS ALOT OF WORK! I didn't think much of the many, many "wounds" on the box part. I really don't care how it looked as long as it worked. I FIRST NOTICED A PROBLEM WHEN YOU TURN OFF THE ENGINE IT MAKES A LOUD WHINY NOISE. We worked hard to load the truck as efficiently as possible, by this time rain had set in and we stopped for the night. THIS IS WHEN RAIN STARTED TO POUR IN. WE TRIED TO RUN TARPS OVER EVERYTHING BUT WATER JUST POOLEING IN BOTTOM OF TRUCK AND MOM'S ATTIC. the lower boxes were so wet to move them everything had to be repacked. We lost so much time BECAUSE OF THE LEAKS we didn't get finished. THE TRUCK HAS INCH SIZE GAPS ON THE DRIVERS SIDE OF THE BOX SEAMS, IT ISN'T WATER RIESISTANT. If anything water from the roof pooled even in a slight drizzle and came in all the gaps. VERY DISSATIFIED. We are moving 2 houses and will go to your competitor for the rest of our move!! Major waste of $200+ and ruined pictures and books!! When I returned the truck in the rain with it pouring in attendant said, "It has never done this before." Guessing no one has used in the rain!!

Andrew ZThe place didn't have the pin and the hitch to purchase. The person helping to hitch, couldn't find the wiring tucked in the Highlander. The U-Haul location for the drop-off was better equipped.

Clint SLighting and a designated parking area would be helpful because it was about 10 at night when we returned it and hadn't really been there so it was unfamiliar But it was easy to find and had other rentals around so we parked next to them.

Ginger MWebsite said open at 8am, reserved the truck at 8am. No one arrived until 8:10 and was told they don’t officially open till 8:30. They opened and let us in early as there were 2 others there to check in as well. However the people were very when they checked us in. Also, we were never told it was $1 per mile after 70 miles. She let us know that while we were there. We talked to someone via live chat before making the reservation and the details and specifically asked if there’s a mileage charge when picking up and dropping off at different locations and was told no, it’s a straight rate and no mileage would be charged. Glad the lady told us when we checked in. Called U-Haul services after leaving to verify and they said yes there is a mileage and we were just never told those specifics.

David LThe location isn’t tidy, it’s a garage. It’s a bit of a mess but the man running the shop was kind and polite. Went out of his way to be helpful.

Tim SEven though he did not have supplies to purchase so that we would have a proper trailer hookup, he was very nice and helpful. He knew right where an auto parts store was so that we were able to buy what we needed and get right back to him. He also helped with the hookup and the lights. He and his wife were both very nice and helpful.
