Ron HI have used this location serval times and the owners are always friendly. Very helpful. No issues with trucks/trailers we've used. Their phone number is wrong on your website but they said they've requested the change several times yet its not done so I'd say that's something on uhaul supports end that could be addressed.
Candice SWorst experience I ever had. Items I had reserved were no available. I had no dolly or moving pads. There was no ramp on my rental which I wasn't aware of. Owners did not act like they cared at all that I was left stuck without what I needed to move. No apologies... nothing.

Michael MThe process for reserving, pre-registering, and picking up our truck was all very easy. We reserved a truck bigger than we needed as that was all that was available at the time. However, we were able to easily and quickly switch our reservation at the time of pick-up to a smaller truck that had been returned the night before. Jones Garage was very friendly and accommodating. Pick-up and drop-off were both quick and simple. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs to rent a U-Haul!

James TI UNDERSTAND USING OLD "ANCIENT" VEHICHLES FOR LOCALS. BUT THIS VEHICLE NEEDS ALOT OF WORK! I didn't think much of the many, many "wounds" on the box part. I really don't care how it looked as long as it worked. I FIRST NOTICED A PROBLEM WHEN YOU TURN OFF THE ENGINE IT MAKES A LOUD WHINY NOISE. We worked hard to load the truck as efficiently as possible, by this time rain had set in and we stopped for the night. THIS IS WHEN RAIN STARTED TO POUR IN. WE TRIED TO RUN TARPS OVER EVERYTHING BUT WATER JUST POOLEING IN BOTTOM OF TRUCK AND MOM'S ATTIC. the lower boxes were so wet to move them everything had to be repacked. We lost so much time BECAUSE OF THE LEAKS we didn't get finished. THE TRUCK HAS INCH SIZE GAPS ON THE DRIVERS SIDE OF THE BOX SEAMS, IT ISN'T WATER RIESISTANT. If anything water from the roof pooled even in a slight drizzle and came in all the gaps. VERY DISSATIFIED. We are moving 2 houses and will go to your competitor for the rest of our move!! Major waste of $200+ and ruined pictures and books!! When I returned the truck in the rain with it pouring in attendant said, "It has never done this before." Guessing no one has used in the rain!!

Andrew ZThe place didn't have the pin and the hitch to purchase. The person helping to hitch, couldn't find the wiring tucked in the Highlander. The U-Haul location for the drop-off was better equipped.

Clint SLighting and a designated parking area would be helpful because it was about 10 at night when we returned it and hadn't really been there so it was unfamiliar But it was easy to find and had other rentals around so we parked next to them.
