Dominic DThe owner of this location is EXTREMELY ARROGANT, yelled at me for something that was not even somewhat true, told me I drove over a hundred and some miles, but I was smart and took pictures of the exterior AND interior including the mileage (which he personally told me that he doesn't care about my pictures)...the truck I rented was absolutely great, but when the owner (I guess) of this location told me in an extremely rude manner that "he didn't care about the pictures I took and was just so EXTREMELY RUDE AND ARROGANT and to top it off he was wrong...he must have had the wrong screen pulled up but in an aggressive manner told me "LET ME JUST DO MY JOB" so thats what I did and I will tell you now, any person who ever asks me about renting a U-HAUL, I will personally tell each and every single person NOT to go to that location...there was no reason for him to be so rude and aggressive towards a client because he was just an ignorant individual...I did love the truck and it ran wonderfully for me, for that I truly thank you but I will NEVER go or recommend that location to anyone ever

DAVID DVery helpful. Helped me pick a plan that best fit my needs, helped me pick a drop off spot, and took the extra time to walk me thru the process once I clicked the link. Also explained how best to operate the vehicle including the tow/haul setting, and gave me tips on how best to refuel to avoid extra charges. I was very impressed and I would recommend this site to anyone looking for a rental.

Daniel MAt this U-Haul location, there are two men who helped me (one when I placed my order, and the other when I confirmed and later picked up the truck). They are both personable, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. They made my U-Haul experience totally problem-free and a. pleasure. Plus, their equipment is all in very good shape, too. These days, good customer service is hard to find, but at this location they definitely have their act together, so I give them five stars, along with a sincere THANK YOU!

ANDREW RI've rented UHauls for over 30 years. This was among the best experiences I've had. The man I met (did not get his name) was very thorough and helpful. He made sure that I had everything I needed and made many suggestions. I hope to not need a rental truck again soon, but if I do, I'm going right back there.
