The door on the 6x12 trailer took 2 people to open and close. When I reached my destination, I had to pry open the door. Why do you rent such defective equipment? My "neighborhood" U-Haul was many miles from me. I passed plenty of other u-haul locations on the way. You need to do much better identifying my closest pickup location.Jerome B.

First of all, This is the FOURTH place I visit to get two parts of my order!!! I spent more than 5 hours to get them. If the order confirmation call means nothing, why still have it?! He gave me a bad condition auto-transport (stop to work the next day, I was told later it was broken and has not well repaired yet), which leads me to do a replacement for the next day. IT JUST WASTE MY TIME and I HAVE TO CHANGE MY MOVE PLAN!!! AND, he connected the auto-transport in the wrong way, which I was told by the roadside assistant Professional next day. Moreover, he WANTS TO CHARGE ME $25 FOR CONNECTING the auto-transport to U-HAUL TRUCK(!!!), which I should not pay!Fayin Z.
Charged 3x and he was very rude and would not take my calls. I am so angry and I'm having issues with transport right now. I have been out of town so I haven't had time to go back to his storeTrena M.

Richard failed to tell me over the phone about the $100 cash deposit if I used cash to rent the Uhaul. Once I arrived he then explained there would be a cash deposit and the money that would be disbursed in a check form mailed to me in a week. My husband did not want to proceed with the rental but we needed to move ASAP so I trusted Richard. I took several pictures of the truck . It was clean. I called UHAUL customer service and they refunded me my cleaning fee. I appreciate it but will never go back to that location.Natasha L.
Trailer was blocked in by the owners non working cars that I had to help move away. The trailer wheels were chained with several large locks and the owner had trouble finding the keys. I had to pull the trailer backwards with my truck to get it out of the space before I could properly hook up. I was rather late for the task I needed the trailer for because of this. He offered little to no help in the hook up aside from telling me the lights were working and I had to tell him that the chains needed to cross going to my hitch. Unless you would like to offer me a partial refund for the stress, I will be avoiding U-hail. The rental before this one, I was sent on my way without any working lights and was turned away from that task (didn't get the car) because the lights weren't working.ERIC A.

We chose another location and suddenly were switch to this one that was 20 miles away! (More miles for the truck). The guy at the office was lost, I had to help him using the app... The office was a mess, stuff everywhere, dirty... We spent like an hour there because he couldn't use the system. My husband had to call UHaul. At some point he got hostile with us. Also, the boxes that we already paid off weren't there and only had half of the blankets... TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!Kenneth B.
Gas was at less than 1/4 full. Instructions were unclear. We filled it up an approximate amout used and were charged $44 for it not being 4 gallons fuller than we recieved it. Will never recommend. Will try another company considering how deceitful and unclear that was. Future buyer beware.MATTHEW S.
This man is terrible I'm gonna sue him if he charge me for unnecessary fees. Uhaul sometimes is 24hrs and that's why we have night drop off. I collected Uhaul at around 10:24am and due to some issues that came up i returned it by 7pm with just 32miles and this man was gonna charge me for 2days. Heck NO!!! Don't go to this location, this man is unprofessional.abiodun O.
