I rented a U-Haul from this location, and I had trouble checking in with the mobile app because I was a few minutes late. Then when I obtained the key and began the pickup process, I noticed that there was an error message on the dashboard concerning the tires. So, I wasn't able to take a picture of the miles. However, I was only going 3 lights away which I had already calculated as 1.8 miles there and then back. I took a picture of the issue and made a note that I couldn't confirm the miles due to the error message. When I returned the vehicle, I figured out that if I turn the vehicle off that the miles showed. So, I was able to take a picture of the miles that I used. Again, I didn't think much about it because I only went around the corner and then back. Therefore, I knew that regardless of the error message that I only went 6 miles total. When I used the mobile app to check out, it said that I went 21 miles (which is impossible). So, I filed a dispute and I was going to follow up to make sure that the issue was resolved. To my surprise, I received a final bill from this location that claimed that they added an additional $9 to my final bill for fuel. When you can clearly see from the pictures that were uploaded that the same amount of fuel that the vehicle had when I picked it up was the same as when the vehicle was returned. I do NOT recommend this location. They over charge you to line their pockets. Go somewhere else.
