Entered store and went to counter. No one was attending. Mechanic was working on a vehicle. I said hi could I get some uhaul keys. He replied by yelling “I already told you she is taking the dogs out of the house and will be right back in 5 minutes, why you coming in here and telling me how to run my business like you are the owner.” I was stunned. There was another lady outside who looked like she was waiting so I assumed he thought I was her. I said “excuse me, this is the first time you are talking to me”. He looked up and around the police car in the shop and saw my face and looked shocked. Instead of apologizing he continued yelling “you come in here and tell me how to run this like you own it, she will be in to take care of you.” I said “ok”. He then continued talking normally to himself “these women come in here like the own the place and she can… “ I walked outside I do not need to listen to this. I walked to the front of the building so I could look to the back side where my husband was getting the snow off the truck. This mechanic comes out yelling “don’t you even go to my house, that is a private residence.” I again look at him confused, I was not near his house nor was I even looking at it. I asked him “what is your problem? Why are you treating me like a dick?” He went into his house and got the lady. She helped me while yelling at the mechanic to be professional cause he kept yelling and complaining. No thank you. Never going there again. If you are in customer service and can’t answer a simple hi can I have the uhaul keys. Then you need to not be serving uhauls.

N/A. The owners at this location were extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely use them again if I need a uhaul.
