Seems answering the phone was not in anyone's job description. After calling the normal line I called your helper line and all he could do was call the same number I did.They didn't answer him either. I drove across town and there was plenty of help. The guy behind the only OPEN counter was telling stories to the couple 2 groups ahead of us. How hard is it to say either "I'm sorry. Customers are waiting I have to make this brief" or announce more help is needed post haste? There were 3 lady employees around the corner either all on break or just visiting. It's NICE you have people THERE. EVENTUALLY they help you.! And they all seem to know what they are doing. Waaaay better than many places today.

Once home the next day to load I noticed the door wouldn't shut and it was xmas day and everybody closed...had to tie the door shut to make the trip. And the next day when went to turn in they were closed...

Richard DStop emphasizing to the customer that you own the truck at this location and that it has to come back to this location. Then don't call the customer a day later and tell them they owe more money, saying the tank was empty when I filled it at there gas station and parked it where I was told to park it. The attendant that was on duty came out and verified everything was fine with the truck the next day I get a phone call that I am going to be charged more money for mileage I didn't travel and gas I paid to fill.

Billy RHad reservations to pick up uhaul. Waited over an hour for assistance. Uhaul was not ready for pickup. Windshield was iced over, I had to clean window off myself.

David SGate latch was difficult to latch and unlatch; I believe this was due to the door having a tweak. The inside of trailer was clean but the outside was slightly dirty.
Gary RMake sure equipment is available as scheduled and if not make up for it; ESPECIALLY when a person has to go 14 miles out of their way to grab the available Uhaul.
Tawny WThe equipment was clean and all of the damage was labeled as claimed. Problem being that the U-Haul had poor alignment and "dog walked" being that the back of the truck was shifted to the driver's side. This made it so the side view mirror on the driver's side was obstructed by the back of the truck. Definitely needs to be repaired or replaced.

Mark SI think the woman on the phone, when I ordered the U-Haul did not understand the question… I asked what time we would have to return it and she said anytime of day is fine. When we returned it 20 minutes later than the pick up time we were charged an additional day. That was not what was communicated to us originally. If we would’ve known that, we would’ve picked it up later in the day so that returning it could be done in the proper amount of time. Otherwise Ok

RONALD TWe rented a uhaul in Nebraska city 2 weeks before our move in date. A day before we called to verify our rental and they Informed us they didn’t have a 10 foot, and we would have to go to Syracuse. We drive the extra 20 miles and then no one was at the uhaul shop we tried to call them no answer. We then contacted customer support who also could not reach the Syracuse uhaul. They then said we would have to drive all the way to Bellevue an extra 40 miles to get out uhaul. We had to go through three different locations to get a uhaul and spend a lot of extra money and time we didn’t need to. After we finally got the uhaul we needed everything went smoothly. I wouldn’t recommend getting a uhaul to anyone ever.

Daniel NThe employees don’t service the uhaul people if there’s customers in the gas station. It took my 30-45 minutes just to get the keys to my uhaul and same to check it back in. They will even interrupt your check in/out if there’s a gas station customer and make you wait again. Example: I was mid check in and the lady walked away from me and helped a gas station customer instead and told me that the gas station customers come first.
