No one was there when I arrived. I understand children get sick and need to be cared for. However as a business owner it is your responsibility to care for your business and the pivot. Plan ahead make sure the customers cared for. I also understand that U-Haul is not your primary business so if you're not going to treat it as such you may want to rethink not having it. It is not U-Haul's responsibility to run your business they're there for customer support, to help you if you need it not to run it as your primary so that you can sit back and make the money off of the sale.
