Cell service on ATT was weak so self-service pickup was a time consuming chore. The contract person was very kind. However, once again the neighborhood UHaul did not have the reserved appliance dolly. This is the second time this has happened in my past three rentals. My reservation was with the big store on Blanding and I did that to avoid this scenario. Then, UHaul changed my pickup location to a neighborhood provider a few miles away because my reserved pickup location didn’t have a fifteen foot truck. Then the neighborhood dealer harped the truck but not the appliance dolly. All I can say is a reservation is just that. The reservation was made in advance. At a bare minimum UHauk should provide the items that were reserved and it should not be my responsibility to search other dealers for the missing equipment.
