I can’t really say whether the personnel were helpful or not because there was no one there, it was closed I returned it on a day that they were closed and the directions through my GPS to this address led me into a very treacherous driving and turn around situation where I did not feel safe.

DONNA BThis is the first and only place I use my new debit card. That evening my card was compromised and they stole over $1200 from me. The guy that you all place took pictures of the card and my ID. Authorities have been notified.
Kevin CAdded fees that we did not agree to and then said he couldn’t take them off we would have to call U-Haul. Also stated that they would be there until 7 and closed at 6. Did not assist with hooking up the trailer or verify hook up like all other places have.
Donna ODrop off was set for 4:30p, arrived between 4:15p-4:20p- gates were locked with nowhere to park uhaul or leave key. I had to sit on the phone for over 20 minutes (and repeat myself to 5 different people) waiting on uhaul to tell me to drive it 1 mile down the street. These things cost WAY too much money now anyways.

OTIS CThis location was difficult to get to. It seemed like an upscale junk yard. Although the staff was friendly the truck’s check engine light came on less than a half hour after leaving the property indicating a lack of maintenance. It was also after we had added fuel and had several heavy items packed. Overall terrible experience with U-Haul
Gregory FThe U-Haul person did not arrive for the appointment. The gentleman at the Auto Center stumbled thru the contract procedures and once completed he left it up to me to get the car hauler hooked up. I was unable to hookup by myself. I left the yard without taking the hauler. I want credit back on my card because I did not take the hauler. The U-Haull person has called me as requested.

Ed HThey just seem to be a UHaul location for some additional money. Nice guy but he didn’t check the truck before I took it after the last customers used it, and the guy I returned it to wanted to charge me for not folding furniture blankets that I never asked to get. I asked for a hand truck/Furniture.dolley which wasn’t in the back of the truck. Also, there was a trailer that I didn’t order, but I spoke to one of your representatives and the owner nicely unhooked it for me.
Michael MThe on duty Uhaul rep at this location was amazing. The poor rating is for the poor customer service I received on the phone and how customer service quality over time went down the drain with Uhaul. I've been renting Uhaul trailers for a long time with you guys. Any issue I've had in the past, customer service always was able to help me and make changes on the reservations. Now fast forward to 2024 and Uhaul all of the sudden is strict and have no kind of help. I reserved a trailer to pick up online. I never selected return back to pick up location. I wanted a one way. Same as I would do reserving a trailer physically in an office. The rep at the pick up location told me it would be for a one way. I take the trailer and later find out it's a return to pick up location. In the past I had no issues adjusting a location drop off location or asking for more time or adding a day. Some reason now it's impossible to change one button in the Uhaul's system to make it a one way. So the normal standard 24 hour rental period ended up costing me double the price because no one could help me. I was told by both pick up and drop off uhaul reps that it wouldn't be a problem and they could change it one way. I find out later I'm charged extra for no reason. Highly annoyed by this and won't be using Uhaul anymore.

Austin ANo after hours drop off available. In rough area behind fence. No one came to help me check vehicle back in. Finally did mobile app check in even though middle of business day. Zero stars.
Chris WThe trailer was in need of some serious maintenance and should have not been sent out in the condition it was in. The tail lights were not working properly and I was not able to drive at night for fear of getting hit or getting a ticket! With the condition of the lights I had to stop for the night when only two hours for my destination. That cost me $$ for a hotel room!!
