First U haul changed our drop off location without notifying us until we were already heading to our planned drop off causing us to drive an extra hour and forty five minutes. The attendant at the new drop off wouldn't even bother to get out of her seat behind a partition to help us. There was construction going on at the location so it was hard to tell where to drop the trailer. When asked, she just started park it next to the others over in the grass. With the construction, it was hard to tell which way to go to get there and she was no help. Terrible customer service! This whole experience with the change of dropoff location, even after making that our dropoff known during reservation and pickup, was terrible. We had to for go our plans because Uhaul change everything at the last minute.
JAMES Fi reserved a truck on thursday, for sunday, on saturday, i get a call saying there isn't one available, i called an 800 number and scheduled to pick up one 17 miles away from where i wanted. We webt to get it Sunday and was told we hd nothing rented, it was over an hour before it was resolved.
kenneth sPerson at counter did not know how to check in truck. Received a email for additional fuel charge but I had taken a photo of gas guage being fuller than when I picked up. I filed on UHaul and received a immediate credit thanks to UHaul. But that makes me not trust that drop off site.

Valery BClean trucks inside the box and cabin, have correct rental equipment confirmed before showing up, washer fluid put into rental truck, and make sure no water leaks like what I experienced.
