Location didn’t make sure the vehicle was clean when I picked it up and now I’m being charged a cleaning fee.

Ahleea VAlthough you all probably won't do anything, but this was by far the worse experience with picking up and dropping off a uhaul that I have ever experienced. I have been on the phone with Uhaul reps for the past week trying to get the issues resolved to no avail.The 3rd party Uhaul rental locations were complete trash! You should make sure they are follo rules and protocol which it was obvious they are not.
Karen WThe induvial that answered the phone had no clue how to use the uhaul program, talked with the owner on phone, had it on speaker, and he was also rude and foul mouthed. we had issue with truck and they wouldn't even discuss. truck was dirty inside and out.
ANTHONY LThis location reminded me of a car chop shop and had no idea how to even do the paperwork. I made my reservation weeks in advance to include blankets, dolly and furniture dolly. They didn’t have any of them. Responded to 3 location before I was able to get everything and the truck was on 1/4 tank. I marked it clean just to get out of there but the truck was filthy and had to clean it myself. Fast food trash, pistachio waste and a key fob was left in the truck. This location has no business renting uhaul equipment. Location alone would be intimidating to the average person.

Abanob IWaited to be helped approximately 45 minutes for someone to arrive. Appointment was at 8:00AM to pickup. Didn’t drive off the lot until around 9:20AM.
