I would suggest having more of the U-Haul app information for pickup things that can be done prior to picking up the rental. Was very time consuming at pickup and then it would not let me check the truck back in on the app because it would not load. So ended up having to call customer service just to close out my rental. But overall I was happy with my rental.

Our experience with Juncker was nothing short of perfection. The staff were friendly and engaging. Our check-in was smooth. Explanations were quick and thorough. They even hooked us up and made sure we were safe and secure before heading on our way. I would recommend them to anyone!

The juncker location was great. They were extremely helpful and very friendly. The uhaul website and app were a huge problem. If the location wouldn’t have been open then it would have taken me more than an hour to check in and get my key. It was nothing but issues and when I called after I did online check in and used the app to try to complete the process to try to find out what the drop box code was to get my key because the app did not give me that information and I never received a text email nothing to be able to get my keys, I was transferred to another area where the wait was 20-30 mins. The location said closed but I tried to go in anyways and they helped me get my keys immediately because they knew the drop box codes but uhaul online, the app that I was made to download and the phone customer service itself was a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend using uhaul online to anyone.

As suggested to Junkers & Co. the tires needed balancing . The trailer was very clean, it trailed well, the wheel hubs where well greased, light were new and functioning. Whoever repaired the trailer did a great job.

It took 45 minutes to pick up the uhaul. This type of business is ridiculous. Let’s go back to the old fashioned way

Uhaul was in pretty poor shape and made it very difficult for our move. The ramp came out of as soon as we attempted to use it. Very poor experience

Using smart phone to check in and return is not the best for older people. Not everyone can use that. Need to have person to talk to. Luckily i did have someone.

My truck was not at the Evansville location as per my reservation. I had to go to Mt Vernon and the truck was there but no one that could help me. The only knowledgeable person was over 2 hours away. I finally did get the truck rented but it was almost 9:00 by then. I also had to return it to that location and not Evansville in order to avoid an extra charge.
