Would rather drop it off on a paved lot. Used online app to complete drop off. It never asked questions about the quilts I rented. Of the 36 quilts I tented, I never opened 18 of them. I heard you could be reimbursed for un-used quilts. I left the truck with the quilts in the back and with no lock on the back.
