JERRY FI picked up and went 2 miles from there to the house the tire on the truck had a big bubble on the inside of the tire. Thank god I bought the road side insurance they had to replace the tire. In November when we rented they couldn’t find the keys they finally did after spending a hour looking. They were in the truck. We got on the road and got 4 miles outside of vinita and my husband heard air. The drives door was warped and he could see outside of the door. I think this place needs to check on the trucks when checked in
Brock RHe can make sure that the doors are not tweaked air is not coming in side. Make sure the windows are clean. Make sure you know where the keys are and not have to spend an hour waiting Know what the code is for your trucks that you have on your lot
anna mJunior’s is a great place to drop off. They have staff available to help and check you in when the app doesn’t work. They have staff to help check the equipment. They are friendly and easy to work with. Their location is convenient and paved. They are in a convenient location.

pamela rCould not find the orange box at first. The natural place to look for the orange box would be by the door. Instead it was on the fence by the parking spaces. From there though it was pretty easy to go through the ckeck-in steps on the app. I always use Uhaul and like the trucks.
Richard CI reserved a small truck almost a month before I moved but Papps did not obtain the truck for me so I had to drive 30 miles to Vinita. I am also due a refund because I returned the truck to Papps in Commerce instead of Tulsa. Plus great customer service would require a courtesy discount for the gas I used going from Commerce to Vinita. Not my error.
Debra COn both days 6/4 and 6/5 I called to let jounors know I was on my way out to their place to reserve and again the next day to pick up the trailer I was told that Bobby would be there and I had to wait both days over an hour. Was told the trailer would be out of behind the feince and ready to go it wasn't he didn't even know which one both days of the long wait made the day very uncomfortable cause the first day I called and I asked where their place was I was just minutes away and Bobby is the one I talked to and his boss was seating there while he was on the phone and he heard the conversation and knew I was on my way out from town and then he sent Bobby out to dump a truck that took an hour and a half the second day we was eight minutes away and Bobby said to call the one that was on call and I did and Bobby was in Tulsa and the said he would be there in just a few minutes well that was was an other hour and forty-five minutes Bobby had asked what time I would be there to pick up the trailer and I said around 1:00 well it was just before 1:00 and by the time the trailer was hooked up and we was able to go it was almost 3:30 so was no happy
