Allow customers to change pickup time when late or make it known!!! That you have to call if you d Are late to change it!! Spent 30 minutes being late to an already late start to a move which dragged into the evening unnecessarily and this complication for this easy pickup 24 pickup was part of the problem.

Dropped it off on time and still got charged an after hours fee. Dropped it off around 4:30 but the receipt said 7:17. They charged my card before hand and said it would be adjusted for mileage so I assumed everything was done, she even saw me in my car leaving the lot at 4:30 as she was walking new people to a truck

I dropped the equipment off when the location was closed, so I have no comment about the personnel there. However, I had a lot of trouble dropping off the equipment because I couldn't find the bar code at the gate. There are two gates to the location, one was blocked by saw horses and the other by a U-Haul truck. This made it difficult to find the bar code. I think we spent 20-25 minutes trying to get through the U-Haul App for the drop off. Very frustrating.

I had a disappointing experience at this U-Haul location. The setup is unusual, as it’s tucked away in someone’s backyard with lots of trees, so the van was covered in leaves when I arrived. The parking area is a sandy lot, which meant sand got inside the van, and I ended up being charged a cleaning fee. It’s also poorly lit and hard to find the lock boxes, making pickup and drop-off more complicated than it needed to be. Overall, I don’t recommend this location and won’t be using it again in the future.

I arrived to find that the location is not open on Mondays. Not sure how to rate the location as it was not open so that is why the 'Clean and Inviting' is no. I was unsure about where to park the vehicle. It would have been helpful to have signs that said 'U-Haul Parking' instead of just 'Parking' as the drive was blocked off. I parked in the drive as there was another one sitting in the other drive. I didn't want to enter the property because of the saw horses that blocked it off. They were very light and easily moveable, but again I was unsure if that parking sign was meant for the U-Hauls or something else as it looked like someone's residence. A lady approached me right after I put the keys in the drop box and told me I can't block the driveway. I am totally alright with all of this, but other's may not be.

La señora que me atendió me trató muy mal por no saber hablar bien inglés, y a dos hombres que estaban delante de nosotros no los atendió por no hablar inglés. A mí me habló muy feo y dijo esto es America y están obligados hablar inglés. En definitiva no vuelvo a ir a ese lugar donde fui. Respecto a su camión estaba muy bien ese servicio. Esa señora debe ser más empatía y no discriminar. Además me cobrar adicional a mi tarjeta de crédito un monto de 15$ más, que hasta el momento no se cual fue el motivo del cobro. Por esta mala experiencia buscaré otro mejor servicio para una futura necesidad.

I absolutely love renting from this location, Amy is so nice. The only problem is she only has 1 van and sometimes I am not able to rent it and I rent it weekly. When it is not available it is very inconvenient to have to go to the other location on FM2978, Magnolia. I wish you would give her more vans, it's hard to support a location when they can't get the equipment need to rent

The overall experience was great. However, the truck that I rented clearly needs the transmission serviced. When I tried to submit that feedback using the app during check in, the app wouldn't let me progress. That's why I'm leaving it here. Thank you for the thorough check-in / check-out process. It made things very simple. Will definitely use this location again!

The lady / owner at pick up was rude and insensitive and unsympathetic. I did my walk around of vehicle and noticed a flat tire on right front. It had a large bolt in middle of tire. I went back in to house. She said she couldn’t do anything for me. Said, “ I should just drive it to a gas station put air in it and monitor i”t. I reminded her I was driving from Houston to Dallas. This is not safe. She was not concerned about the safety of vehicle or my safety at all. I had no choice but to drive it off the yard and went a block to a corner and called road side assistance. Sat there and waited for over an hour. This location should be shut down. Does not represent your brand well at al!

Truck was dirty and not swept out. The office was 20 minutes late opening. Over all, lady that worked there had an attitude with myself and another customer picking up a truck.

I wish you would allow this location move Vans. I rent a van every week from this location and sometimes it is not available or I have a limited number of hours due to another reservation. When I have to find another location to go to and it is an inconvenience and Amy is amazing, she always makes sure everything is right.

Where to start. DO NOT RENT A U-HAUL FROM HERE. With so many other options in our area, stay far away. This is operated out of a consignment shop & unkept airbnb. The owner is terrible as stated across multiple other platforms and reviews. Unpleasant & rude from start to finish and quite honestly can’t believe she runs a business. To top off my extremely negative renting process Ive since received un authorized charges outside of agreed upon services to my form of payment. I will be reporting these charges as FRAUD after many failed attempts of making contact with this location. All of the 1 star reviews are true. Take your business somewhere else.

I rent from this location a lot. The owner is very nice and super helpful. I tend to use the app to pickup and drop off my rentals and it’s super easy. The location is close to my house and their is a gas station on the same street which is very convenient. One of the only locations that always has a van available to rent.

I retuned the van when it was already dark outside and there was only one light on the property. There aren’t any lights in the parkling lot. It was hard to see and felt a bit scary since this is a big property with a house at one end of it and lot of different vehicles are stored here. I would recommend some overhead lighting for safety and visibility.

This location is about 500 yards from a modern, busy roadway. It is dark and if you are going to drop off after/before hours just be prepared.

Our experience was horrible. I paid for a dolly I didn’t even get! The trucks alignment is off and the cab was dirty. And knowing that I won’t see my $28 refunded back to me! And I’m owed my $7 for the dolly I didn’t get! So upset. Very disappointed. Would definitely not recommend.

She’s over charged doesn’t know what she is doing and said she couldn’t give and itemized statement but you gave me one on the app hmmmm there were charges the. Holds and more charges and more holds showing a 500+ bill when it should be already paid in full for what she charged I’m really upset with all this.

The drop-off location was not one selected (we had selected "call upon arrival and pick location then") and they gave us a drop-off location that was ANOTHER hour away from where we were. When we called to change it, the offices were closed and we were unable to change it. The location itself was closed and we had to move barriers in order to pull the truck in. There was no clearly designated area for drop off either, so we just left the car in the lot in a seemingly safe spot.

Will not ever use this location, the person in charge was very rude to my husband and I. She was not welcoming and neither was her location inviting, looks like a dump couldn’t tell where to drop off U-Haul, signs are old and cones where blocking entrance to where I couldn’t drop off U-Haul day before. Had to wait for next day for them to open and lady was very rude. Will not recommend at all.

I was rerouted 20 minutes away as I arrived at my original location. After making the drive, the truck ran poorly and smelled of exhaust in the cab. I had the truck for 24 hrs, and was supposed to drop it off at 5:30 pm. I dropped it off at 1:30pm same day, 4 hours early, then was charged a late fee for a whole other day. They also charged an additional cost for dual. I reviewed the contract and it was listed higher than what I received it as but it was close enough I didn’t think it would matter, but it did… I will never use u-haul again. That location is a scam. I will be sure to pass along my experience to others, especially friends and family so they don’t have a similar experience.

In my last few experiences with U-Haul equipment, I am less and less impressed with the age and condition of the vehicles. The vehicle I rented over the weekend was clean and well prepared. But it was aged and in "rough" condition. I had to drive at night, and the headlamp beams can only be described as poor and dangerous.

Location is convenient, but unkempt, and I was aware to look where I stepped as it was a perfect snake hangout place. Both entrances were blocked, so it was a bit confusing entering, and I felt like I was trespassing. The van was hidden between two trucks, so at first I thought it wasn't there. It also took me awhile to find where the key box was as it was at the other entrance. The van was well kept, though.
