Stinson PI was very dissatisfied with the experience period! The truck was dirty! Nothing was working that should've been except the thing that kept up with the freakin mileage! 1st thing was the lighter port didn't work so I couldn't charge my phone! 2nd Then I discovered the air conditioner didn't work at all! It didn't blow any air whatsoever! It was super hot here in Mobile , Alabama & my little baby dog almost had a heat stroke! I was furious about this at the time & I'm still not happy about it! 3rd , the dash lights didn't work so when it got dark I couldn't see my dash at all! That was a big deal for me because I don't speed or drive in any kind of wreckless way! 4th, one of the tires were bad or it had brake issues! The whole front of the truck would shake & wabble when I got up to just 50 mph. I had already gotten on the interstate before I realised it. Needless to say, I almost got run over! 5th, the truck shut off on me twice & the RPM 's stayed in the very high range!.Between the condition of the U-Haul at the time of rental, the brakes or tire whichever, the truck quitting one it was & no air conditioner, it was not a good day for me or my help! When I called U-Haul Customer Service, the clerk was super nice & offered her most sincere apologies. But that still didn't make up for the bad condition the rental truck was in! Then she offered me a $20 gift certificate to spend with U-Haul! Really? After what I just went through due solely to the fact this truck had been neglected for some time, I don't want or need a gift certificate! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! AT LEAST SOME OF IT ANYWAYS!

Pedro RJust Miles Auto Sales was very helpful with my rental. They explained how to hook up the auto transport to the truck and how to load my car onto the trailer. Perhaps the only thing that they could improve upon is having some of the moving supplies, such as dollies and furniture pads. Every U-Haul rental I've done has included a dolly and furniture pads, but they were not available at this location.

The pickup and drop off location was centrally located to our move and easily accessible. The vehicle was clean. The website and phone app were easy to navigate and user friendly.

RICHARD DMake Sure that the Drop Off location Does really exist. When we arrived to Lawrenceville.. many of the u-haul placed would not accept the Drop off... Very annoying and created an issue for us. Had to drive back trailer all the way back to Al.
