Personnel were especially helpful getting me checked in and making sure the pads and furniture dolly we needed were in the truck. Explained everything we needed to know and do before returning the truck. Truck was clean and in great shape. Also want to note I made my reservation online and apparently didn't do it correctly - they called me 2 or 3 times to help correct the reservation to what I actually needed, which was less expensive than the way I had originally booked it. Super nice folks all the way around. Will definitely use again.

Getting the truck was a breeze unfortunately after I was on the road with the moving van full of items the check engine light came on within the first 30 miles of my trip and stayed on for the duration. I had an important appointment that I had to be at so I just kept driving. I watched the gauges and nothing happened but it was a stressed filled drive.
MARK WCorporate needs to look at mileage distances to rural destinations . Paid the penalty for living 5 miles out of town, and having to make two trips to unload location. Return rep. was excellent at her job, very pleasant and courteous.

BRENT AOn the outside of the truck it was fine. The cab was fine. But my husband had to sweep out a bunch of dirt before we could start loading. So maybe make sure the inside of truck is clean before allowing next customer to drive off.

Judy BTake off the haul place in Muskogee by the name of the Sunshine Store. That was supposed to be my drop off place and they no longer accept UHauls. So I drove there for no reason and because of that I went a little over my milage and y'all charged me another $.65. I should have never been charged that because someone at UHaul should have already had that placed removed. I'm still unclear why I was charged $165.00 to start with when the truck was $40 to rent and then $.99 cents a mile. And the insurance was $15. That doesn't add up.

yolanda iFirst, the website quoted a different price than what I had to pay on moving day, almost 3 times as much. I had movers scheduled and was in a bind and had to rent the truck. Second, I was told more than once that I would be refunded for the miles I did not use. After the move, when I called the UHaul 800 number to get that refund, I was told that was not the policy, I was not allowed a refund. Make sure your employees know the policies and give your customers the right information.

DANIEL BWhen renting the uhaul. First I called 1800gouhaul, they informed me that in order to use disabled vet discount would need to go to location. I called location and they stated all was good, and would apply disabled vet discount upon arrival. When I got there, they stated do not give discounts. So I was lied to from the get go. So I am sadly disappointed. Only reason I went through uhaul was that they offered the discount. Instead ended up costing me more than if I had went through competitor.

Susan LFirst of all the location I dropped it off there was no one there and there was a note saying he was on a "test drive" and to call the 405-609-0517. The time was 12:54pm. They charged me for the full 2 days instead of just charging me for the 1 day. In addition when I called Jason, he said to park and disconnect the trailer myself. Please understand that I am 74 years old and with the little help from my grandson we managed to get it off the trailer hitch. This to me is unacceptable.
