Anthony FThe trailer hitch was not tightened properly, nor very well. The attendant also neglected to put the pin in the hitch shift. Trailer came off the ball hitch at 55 miles an hour. Was fish tailing down highway. I was waiting for the car to flip over or pull bumper off the car. Never been so scared in my life.
FRANCESVIOLA HMake sure all lights on trailer are working before letting customers leave.
Karla SI made a reservation to pick up the trailer at 7. When I got there at 7, the clerk said the guy who handles the uhauls doesn't usually get in until 10. Please change the hours on the website.
