We reserved equipment including appliance Dollys as well as two furniture dollys however our reserved equipment we needed was not there. The smoke shop sent us to a different location saying they had Dollys for us however when we arrived they didn’t have what we ordered and this caused an over two hour delay for our moving experience. I would not reserve from this location again even though it was not our reservation choice in the first place. Terrible pick up experience from both places.

Employees seems bothered that we were renting the u-haul. They were on their phones while talking to me which is so disrespectful and took their sweet time to go check the truck after I dropped it off. This location should be close because the environment doesn't feel safe either.

I dropped off the uhaul the same night and when I tried to do the return process after hours it wouldn't let me upload any of the information so it said just to drop off the keys. Uhaul then called me 3 - 4 times throughout the following week asking me when I was going to return the truck. I let them know I had returned it on Sunday night around 8 pm and they said it should be fine. When I finally got my receipt I saw that I was charged for 4 extra days. I will not be using Uhaul anymore. Every time I use their services something in my order is missing or I am charged for something incorrectly.

I ordered an appliance dolly, but they don’t have one at the shop, I really need the dolly to load my double door refrigerator, washing machines, and dryer. We try to load those appliances. This Is not acceptable. We hurt our hands! And this messed my entire schedule! This is really not cool!

They are rude ,name hope is rude ,i spoke with her about my confirmation of my reservation and she doesnt answer yes or no,she doesnt know what confirmation is.and she hang up on me. and the manager of east ave.j in lancaster is rude they are both not helping in the problem of what they did..because they change the location of where i pick up the truck...they dont give any instructions

Amazing, the store was very clean and organized. The employee who helped me out did a great job processing the rental while she had a line out the door. The truck was very clean, surprisingly well kept, fuel efficient and powerful. Definitely will be coming back here for any future Uhaul needs I may have.

My only complaint with my experience was the fact I was told there were no trucks available one week before my pick up date - after making a reservation almost 2 months in advance - Including being told I was NOT actually given a RESERVATION - although it was on my Order confirmation. If U-Haul cannot change how it's handling the shortage of trucks in CA - then they will be replaced by their competitors

Found trash , and other things under seat and behind seat . Mileage they had did not match the trucks nor did the amount of gas in tank . Very unhappy ☹️
