No one was at the pick up location nor answered the phone when we called. The key was not where the mobile check in said it would be. A neighboring body shop got someone to answer the phone for us and left the key drop open so we could return it after.

Tyson MThere was no one the location or instructions with what to do with the truck. There was a phone number on the receipt to call before the drop off and another at the location if assistance was needed. However, no one answered the phone and the voicemails were not set up at either number. Would advise dropping rentals at another location, especially if assistance is needed.
JEFFREY NReally appreciate this location for stepping up when my original location had to take a truck out of rotation for service, which happens. But the transfer was relatively seamless given the late notice. Thanks!
