KAREN HThings turned out fine but our reservation that was created by someone at UHUAL was correct and we were given the wrong size truck and had to rent a trailer to fit everything and leave behind a vehicle to make things work.

Jory VI dropped off my rental truck several hours before the required time, but the person responsible for processing my paperwork was "too busy" to complete the return process, but said that she would do it later and email my receipt. She failed to follow through, and it wasn't until after I stopped by again that evening and talked with another individual that the paperwork was completed by the original person at home, 4 hours after my rental was due. She had completely forgotten to process the return, and had I not checked at the drop off location to get a receipt, it would have shown to be late. What a bitch.
MARK LThe ownership had no idea how to rent equipment. They were not there at the designated time of 8 am. This place should not have the option to rent uhaul equipment.

George MThey did not have all of the equipment we ordered although this was not totally their fault. Our order with the Fort Stockton store on Dickenson was cancelled at 7pm the night before and they forced us to drive an hour away to pick up this truck. They were supposed to make sure we had all the equipment we ordered when arriving in Alpine. After driving from 5 hours away then to have to drive an additional 2 hours only to be told we don't have everything go check another store. Overall the customer service was pretty poor, just kind of like figure it out on your own. Would not recommend UHaul again.
Laci WThe check in process was long. The tow dolly had a bad electrical connector so the right tail light did not work properly.
