DANIEL PSketchy. There has never been a more appropriate use of the word. I got sent here instead of my intended pick up location because of a shortage of the truck size I wanted. Weirdest place I’ve ever been. Is it a bar, store, U-Haul rental, brothel, etc? Just a.big dirty room that smelled like smoke in the middle of nowhere with some U-Haul trucks scattered about outside. Glad I came with a friend or I probably wouldn’t have gone inside. Female renters would feel extremely uncomfortable. I’ve actually been telling friends about what a weird, sketchy experience this was. The woman at the counter was extremely nice and seemed to know what she was doing, so I don’t want to criticize her. But this is not the kind of place U-Haul should associate with its brand. Seriously. Send somebody from corporate here posing as a customer.

John RThe u-haul representative was not there at our pickup time and even the store it was in was open. There's no cell signal so we had to load the mobile check in over the course of 20 minutes on one bar.
Jacob BAgain, although the people that took care of me were extremely polite and helpful. This location is way out in the sticks. Nothing’s around it extremely extremely difficult to get in and out of especially if you’re using a car carrier along with the 26 foot truck. It had my house belongings in the truck bouncing all over the place because the road is a horrible road to travel on.

Phillip GThey could not have been any nicer at the pickup location. I did not have any problems with the pickup location but with the Memphis Hub. I reserved a 20 ft truck online for pickup in Bartlett (Memphis). I did not receive a call from the Memphis UHaul hub the day before. I was driving from Florida to Memphis and was more than halfway to Memphis without knowing my pickup location. I tried using the app to message the requested pickup location in bartlett. I tried calling the requested pickup location. Then I tried the national number. My calls were being routed to Knoxville and Nashville. The representatives in Nashville attempted to call the Memphis Hub on my behalf and could not get through. I was beginning to call other rental companies because I could not get a guarantee that I would get a truck. The Memphis Hub ultimately called back and said they were working on the reservations in order. They would give no guarantee that I would get a truck. Just before I cancelled, I called the number back from which the Memphis Hub had called me. They offered me a truck in Oakland.

Matthew RLocation in Oakland, tn has gone to not accepting returns. This is unacceptable. Should be closed if not receiving returns. Was very outdone by it. Close it if not a rent return location!!!

JEFFERY SDidn’t have 2 dollies we ordered, didn’t have any moving blankets, the tv was so loud you couldn’t even hear the service rep speak, said there was 3/4 tank of gas and was only 1/4. Very, very slow, couldn’t print any paperwork out. I would never rent from here again

Michael EOverall inspection needed. Proprietor has less than minimal knowledge of the uhaul system and bad customer service. Truck had molded food and cigarette ashes in the cab as well as broken glass in the back. Price quoted from uhaul's customer service line was also far less than what I was charged at the location.

Corey SU haul experience as a hole was terrible, first pick up location tire on trailer was flat. Had to drive 30 minutes to another location. Second trailer had a blow out on interstate heading back home. Took an hour and a half to get road side assistance. Took trailer back to drop off and had to unhook myself due to not having proper help. U Haul is an absolute joke!

ROBERT BWe had to go back because the person was not there. Then we had to wait for the inside to be cleaned out. The laptop kept going out and even after I told her we were going out of state and that I had made arrangements for the 150 mile deal she said she did not know how to do that. To call and have Uhaul change it. So when I tried to do that and add miles to lower my costs I was told there was nothing they could do. This was the worst Uhaul experience I have ever had and I have been using yall all of my adult life since 1975.
Garry MDid not rec call the promised call the day ahead and thus was not aware til day of pick up that our location had changed. Drop off location had not been taking Uhaul returns for 2 mos so had to call for another location. The response to that request was very good. Due to pick up and drop off changes we were allotted additional mileage but we were charged based on original mileage allowed.

Ctaog HI had to travel from Tennessee to Florida and the oil light came on 200 miles until a 790 mile trip. I paid for everything to be done and not worry about having to stop and make sure oil was ok
Hunter RI was sent to a location over 30 min from where I requested. When I arrived for pick up, the equipment I rented was not present. I had reserved both a large truck and a trailer. The trailer was not available, nor was the dolly I reserved.. I was given no notice about this lack of equipment. This was not the fault of the pick up location, but central scheduling- who did not provide it to the pick up location.. When I called about the trailer, I was told there was not one in the area. All that was offered was to remove it from my bill, not the $50 list on the website, no effort to make this right. I am now forced to make another long distance trip (one way airline ticket) to rent a new vehicle for a one way trip, additional load / unload labor, hotel expenses, and associated travel expenses because the equipment reserved was not provided by Uhaul. Be careful and make sure equipment you reserved is available before you go to pick it up.

WILLIAM SWhen I showed up to pick up my equipment, the vendor didn’t have my appliance or utility dolly that I had reserved over 3 weeks prior. I got no assistance in obtaining these items. I had paid moving help and was on a time crunch which was already tight due to U-Haul moving my rental location 50 miles away from my home. Don’t know what the point of a3 week reservation was.
Christ CNeed to check your locations routinely. This is our second time having to go to this location. First time they didn’t have any hitches that we purchased on line so we cancelled our reservation. This time we did rent the trailer but same as last time, all your equipment is in a field with weeds grown up over the car hauler trailers. So it shows there is no care or concern on behalf of your people here. Will never refer anyone to this location and only reason we rented this time was it was only place in several hours that had the trailer.

Royce PMy issue with this location is not with the location but with U-Haul. This location is in the middle of no-where. i reserved a truck from an actual U-Haul facility but they rudely moved my reservation to this location nearly 40 miles away. The people were very nice but renting trucks is not their focus - running their gas station restaurant is.
Ronald CThis location, and the personnel that worked there, was very helpful, kind and very considerate, in regards to my rental. I did not get the lady's name, however, she was most helpful, and because of her, I will drive, past other U-Haul rental facilities, to deal with her. Donald SThe major reason I would not recommend this location was not with the adequacy of the facility or staff but its geographic location. Your reservation system changing my pick-up from a location 5 minutes from my home to one >30 minutes away in a rural setting when there are probably >5 locations within 15 minutes from my home. The location lost power and, to her credit, the agent diligently worked through having to use a phone for the first time to compete the check in.
