This location was great, the guy was wonderful in communicating with me and so on....BUT THE LOCATION PRIOR to me getting moved to this location was terrible.

I turned my truck in days early ona Sunday and a few days later on a Wednesday I received an email saying I had just turned my truck in and was charged for an extra day and additional fuel. I went to the drop off location immediately and the truck wasn’t even there. I called their office at first he didn’t answer. I called back and spoke to the guy he said he saw the truck there Monday morning, so why then was I charged? The truck wasn’t due back until Tuesday.
Renee FNo UHAUL personnel was on site. I hooked up the trailer myself and finished the contract registration process on line. I’ve never done that before.
