Clean - yes. Week maintained - no. The door didn’t shut all the way and rain was coming in. It took about 2 miles to even get to 55mph on the interstate. It hesitated to start every time and when putting gas in it, we didn’t think it was going to start at all. This particular truck really needs them maintenance to keep it running good.
JENELLE Mour issues were not with starkville, ms but with the process before. I reserved in cruger, ms 3 weeks prior. the day before i got transferred to greenwood, then grenada, then cleveland, then arkansas or horn lake. then we ended up driving 2 hours to pick up the uhaul in starkville, ms
KATHRYN SLance and Daniel helped me out if a difficult situation. We forgot the key for our padlock on our trailer and they helped us get it off.

Cordero RVery great service. The young man that was in the yard and very helpful and knowledgeable about the job and equipment. If I need another Uhaul this will be my location to rent from.

TERRY AFor no reason should a $20 uhaul end up to be $70 when we return it! EVER! That’s absolutely ridiculous! You should not charge for mileage in the Starkville area! Absurd!!
BRIANNA MStaff was courteous and respectful. The weather was cold that day, and they had my truck ready and warm on the inside. My only advice is widen the entrance. Other than that, fantastic experience!

ODELL RI booked dolly and appliance but during pick up they said it’s not available. If they inform me early I could manage alternative. I faced difficulties with shifting because of this.

LARRY FIt was fast to drop off and turn it over, the only thing is it seemed sketchy at first since the helper received me at parking lot. Sketchy meaning no Uhual shirt or kiosk, just a man standing waiting to help. He asked to take over to drive it, what made me at ease is him using uhual app and sending receipt to my email.

melody wThe first truck did not have ac. The second vehicle key could not unlock the doors on the U-Haul which caused a four hour + wait in the sun of a temperature of 96 degrees +.
laura meverybody was helpful, answered all my questions and gave me the help i needed. They had a great attitude and i had no problems at all. the only thing i didn't like was having to drive to Starkville instead of picking it up in Macon where I originally placed the order on line and was not told till 2-3 days later I had to change locations if I wanted the truck and trailer.
