Upon arriving I was immediately greeted by customer service. A copy of the rental and final billing statement was emailed to me immediately. Excellent service!!

MICHAEL WFirst reservation location didn't have the truck that was reserved ahead of time. Uhaul, over the phone of the tire repair shop where the pickup was supposed to happen, told me to go to a second location to pick up the truck. At the second location they had no knowledge about any reservation, and when they called uhaul, uhaul told me to go to a third location for the reservation pickup. This review would have been 1 star, but uhaul proactively and without prompting gave me a $50 credit to my credit card on file. The final reservation place was perfectly fine, but the process that brought me there instead of the original reservation was not good.

BERNARD DWe were 99% satisfied we rented the van to do a celebrity wedding in Montauk and it was a little embarrassing showing up in a rental van that said , rent me for $19.95. I think for businesses that need to rent an additional van you should have available unmarked vans for us to apply or magnetic signs to just a thought, but very pleased with the new ram cargo van very impressive.

I have been renting trucks all the time from this company and the other one in mt Sinai and I have never had an issued before. I think you guys should get all my money back and make sure that you properly check for brakes for trucks its unsafe to rent truck like that!!!!! Like I said this is the first time it happened to me

Joseph KI reserved this truck on 3/23/233. Someone called me to confirm, I set up the app on my phone. When I went to pick up my rental at 6:00 am on 3/25/23 I had no access. There was no reservation on my account. When I tried to rent the truck as a new rental it said it wasn’t available as I was parked in front of it. I had to wait till 8:00 am for them to open. We had to readjust our day because of those couple of hours. Outside of that everything went well.
Richard APut in (open) wifi so customers can be sure they'll be able to take advantage of after hours returns. Once I got the website to open up, check in was pretty simple.
MARK LI did order 2 dozen blankets and was called and told they weren’t at this location, they only had 6 and was told those 6 would be on the truck…they were not. The check in process via phone is not good for non-millennials. Should be streamlined

Richard DFirst time trying this location, was disappointed to see that I was charged $20 for 3 gallons of gas. We put $70 worth of gas prior to returning. When I left was told the gas tank was a little more than 1/4 tank (which it was), so we returned it was just about a quarter tank. The people were nice, checkout and return was good, vehicle was easy to drive, but was unhappiy surprised to see the charge. Guess I should of waited for the receipt, but didn't expect a problem.I am too busy to make a stink, just think a reconsideration is in order.The low rating is due to the charge only,
