The store's owner and customer service rep at the location was very unprofessional and tried to modify for written contract terms after I returned the vehicle. The store tried to charge me for an extra day when Uhaul's customer service team had already confirmed for me via a written contract that my rental would be for 24 hours at the $19.99 rate plus, $1.39 per mile with a return by 4p on 2/28/26. I returned the vehicle at 1p, which was well before the contract's return time. I called and was told the district mgr would be reaching out to me after I filed a complaint upon returning the vehicle and have not received a call as of yet. I am only covering the additional mileage (73 miles) I owe for. I am not paying an a extra day's rental. I would appreciate a call back from corporate or someone who can assist with this matter. Thank you kindly.

Your uhaul phone representatives really messed up my reservations. The young lady at K&L was very polite she made my final reservation work out for me and made me more at ease.

I came on time to pick up the truck and no one was at the location to service me. Had to come back one hour later after their “lunch break” was over. I’m a professional and this was completely unacceptable.

Hour and a half late. Truck did not have the dolly I paid for. Missing gas cap and a check engine light on.
