It's always a great experience at K&C and I've rented several times.
Heather SThe vehicle was an older truck, so it had issues, such as the driver seat not being able to adjust without trouble. There were no usb ports so I was not able to plug my phone in. I was asked if I wanted the insurance and I said yes, but when I told him I was going to Van Alstyne and back, he said I didn't need it because it was local, but yet, I was charged for it any way. I don't know why the invoice says returned at 1:42 p.m. on Sunday when I actually dropped it off at 5:55 p.m. on Saturday.

Michael HAfter 3 location changes, I arrived at the specified location to find them closed with no mobule pickup option.I was then sent to the 4th location where I picked up the truck. It was much closer to my home and would have been my first choice if I knew it was available. I drove more miles to pick up the truck than we used for the move.

Troy PThe lock boxes to retrieve the keys are very difficult to get into. I also had to work to get this truck - in the rain at that. The overall experience, though, was a good one. I've rented from this place before and will do so again if the need arises.

SHEILA MThe hours listed for this location were not correct. Their web site page said they were open from 7am to 7pm on Saturday, I returned the trailer at 4:30pm and there was a sign out showing they were closed.
