The fact that they don't have anybody present at the location really doesn't bother me. The trailer was where it was supposed to be as planned. Peggy asked that I call her when I get there and tell her which trailer I picked. I called and Peggy didn't answer the phone so I left her a voice message. She called me later, asked if I had the trailer, and made it sound like I had done something wrong. She said she didn't see a missed call or a voicemail so she insisted that I had not called her. At this point we were talking to each other and we could exchange pertinent information but she kept bringing up that she didn't believe that I had called her. I didn't see the point in arguing with her and trying to prove that I had called so we just took care of exchanging information. If you don't bother having an actual person working at your location you might expect that not everything will go exactly as planned.JEFFREY D.

The problem with my rental was in corporate office computers. It kept messing up my return location and sending me wrong email information.LAURIE L.
just an empty unsecured lot with a telephone number to call when you drop off. I called the number but nobody answered. Left a message and asked for a call back confirming their receipt of my dropped off equipment. Never received a call back. Plenty of other Uhaul places in Scottsbluff that are attended and secure. The tail light was out due to a faulty wire that was cut.i got pulled over by law enforcement and received a warning. It was not pleasant. I called to tell the woman who runs the place she assured me I would receive a discount which I have not. It was a bad experience.Robert C.

Automatically charged for two days and spent $500 for having the truck less than 24 hours. Then charged twenty seven dollars for maybe three dollars of gas. Both facilities were nice enough but the pricing is ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS. I have rented a larger truck with U-Haul for half the price in the past.Donelle H.

There was no staff available for hookup of trailer. Not a huge deal, but completing the trailer hookup solo was somewhat heavy and difficult at the angle which the trailer was parked.Jack L.

I found out this was a non-office location and to call when arrived. Peggy never came to help us remove the car dolly from the truck. She put her husband on the phone to tell my son what to do. She told me she presently at lunch and over 30:minutes from our location. Plus, she told me she knew nothing about the equipment or what to do. Very shoddy and poor management.Cathy S.

Recommend having an answer machine message on both of the phone numbers posted that explains how to drop-off a unit at the 3301 Avenue I location. Had I not downloaded the app on my phone I would have had no way of knowing what to do because no one answered the phone when I called the numbers listed.thomas W.

Tske your customers word for it when you deal with online orders. I told the lady I had already processed my payment and she took my information cause she couldn't it see it your end and than apparently the system shut down and you decide to run my card again. So now I'm charged twice. Bank had overdrafts me which you will be responsible for now.lupe P.

I get it - the location is difficult to staff for even a set number of hours. The offsite staff that comes in periodically makes sense. Just wish there was a sign that said, "Enter here!" or something. It's hard to wander around trying to find the entrance with a trailer attached to the vehicle.Steve E.
Peggy was very helpful and kind. My truck had a windshield wiper that was no good, which I didn't discover until it rained. Thankfully i was not out on the road yet. I had to go to Auto Zone and have it replaced. I'm hoping the reimbursement process is quick. Otherwise everything went as planned.Jodi V.

There was no personnel or location so can't rate, however, The drop off location was a mud hole & big water lake area. It was difficult to go through.KARYN T.
There was only an empty lot with U-Haul trailers/trucks. I walked around trying to find the building and there was none. I called the number on my contract and got someone's voice mail with NO reference to U-Haul so I had no idea whose mail it was. They did call back but I'll use another location next time.Marvin F.
