Front entrance to office is snowed-in Side road access; back door bell does not work and there is no sign indicating how to get to the office. Employee prepares truck after you arrive so you have to wait. Back door of truck was stuck in ice and employee did not check that. When you call their phone, you hit a voice mail and messages are not returned. You have to park your car further down the road and walk back on a road with no side walk.

Some even sound like they are aggressive towards others, yes they block the view with a black tarp but the sounds are concerning. The “office” I entered had literal dog urine in the entrance that I had to step over each time I went in and out - ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
