SHEMIA HI requested to pick up my rental at 830pm. I arrived to do self check in. Checking in on the app was giving me issues. I had to call the number that showed up 4 different times and with each all made. I had to wait 20 to 30 minutes for someone to pick up. When Someone was finally able to properly assist me. I was able to unlock the box and TRY to retrieve the key. To my surprise no key was in the lock box. After being at the location since 830pm and to leave at 1145 with my truck is insane, unfair, unprofessional and unfortunate. I had to return back to the location the next morning at 8:00 a.m. when I arrive I asked the gentleman what happened last night why wasn't the key in the lock box. He says he does not just randomly leave the key in the lock box. That U-Haul did not contact him to notify him that it will be a pick up at 8:30pm. But my thing was if this is a self-service pickup location. If I made my reservation at 10:00 p.m. that night to pick up at 11:00 p.m. at night the key should have been in place.

Lillian KI am very upset with the level of service that was provided at this location. I was told the place closed at 7pm and I arrived at 5:15 and the gates were closed, I called the number and the person that answered the phone was rude and informed me that they are close I had to inform them that I was told they dont close until 7pm and beg them to please open so I can get the truck. Once they opened up I had to deal with their attitude and them moving very slowly to accomodate me which made me late to pick up my items. All in all it was a very terrible experience.

He said in a very loud voice while other people was in the office, “you haven’t paid for it yet” and I’m sitting there confused because i wouldn’t be in here to pick up a key if it didn’t prompt me to. Then another worker was rude because my bf parked next to the U-Haul. If he was so concerned about the parking situation you guys shouldn’t rent out a U-Haul there because there is honestly no where to park so you’re going to be in the road. The left headlight was out when we picked up the truck i did call and report it. And there once again was no dolly that you guys charged me for. I would not recommend this location! I would never rent a U-Haul from here

nadya cThe man who checked man was extremely rude. He also told me he would not give me the U-Haul unless I had someone who could verify me. This information needs to be shared a head of time so you’re not inconveniencing people early in the morning. Also if nobody would’ve answered, he told me he would not give me the U-Haul which was very nerve-racking considering I had two hours to move out. He added more stress and frustration to my entire situation. Ottis I think was his name. Really unpleasant experience overall.
Morgan MThey gave me the truck empty totally empty and then charged me for gas. That’s not right. I called the person in charge at the location to let him know there were no gas in the truck and still they charged me.

ZINA RPUBLIC SAFETY! That should be the top priority these days. The office size was small, maybe the size on a one bedroom with 2 office desks. There were 5 employees in the office and no one was wearing a mask. My entire time, both picking up and dropping off my rental, no one wore a mask. What was more concerning was that when I watched them work on their vehicles for the public (non uhual vehicles) they did not wear masks inside the vehicle either. So when I got into my uhual vehicle, it was full of dust everywhere. I had no confidence that my vehicle was safe to drive, that they had most likely been inside the vehicle without a mask on, nor wiped the vehicle. As soon as I got my vehicle i had to go take it to get sanitized from the inside. On top of all that, I was asked the standard routine questions about the rental. (Insurance, adding a second driver, etc) I replied that I did not want to add a driver nor the insurance. I was asked a 2nd time and told them I was sure. When my friend stepped into the office, he was asked for his drivers license and told it was needed to add him to the vehicle after I said no. They asked him about insurance after I already denied twice. At this point i intergected a 3rd time and said no. I felt pressured and it was just more aggravation added on to the safety concerns at this point. I just wanted to get out of there. This is not ok with me and safety should be #1 priority
CARLOS BI rented and paid for a dolly . The store didn’t have the one I chose. I asked for a refund but thay said to call costumer service. The person creating the contract was forcing to take and insurance.
GUSTAVO CVery informal the return of equipment, apparently the application wasn't working, leaving the customer uncertain as to final bill. All equipment returned as recieved by customer.

JERRY WU-haul charged me double because in the location they entered the hours intentionally wrong and never cleared the information, i will never recommend u-haul to anybody else, the truck in the picture was a modern car the one provided was old and a different model, but still charged the same amount. Service sucks
ANDRES RThe drop off location was a small mechanic shop. I was told to wait on the side of the road until they had time to get the trailer. After 30 minutes I went back inside and had to bribe them to take the trailer. When they finally agreed I had to back the trailer into a small spot in between two cars and I had to disconnect the trailer myself. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to figure out how to check the trailer in on the computer.

LILLION WI'll be calling UHaul directly to complain about the horrible service I received today and I'll be calling American Express to dispute the charge. I will never never ever use UHaul again!
Michael MThis particular location is terrible for renting a van. It has no additional equipment -- first of all, the office was not equipped to handle rentals, and the manager had to call another number to be able to charge the rental. Next on the list was that there were no dollys, no hand dollys, no blankets. I went to a second location to get those and bring them back. I also found the van had not been cleaned up since the last person who used it -- there was dried mud all over the floor of the driver's area. It repeated showed a dashboard light that was somehow reading an attached trailer even though there was no trailer at all. Overall, it would have been a lot less hassle if I had gone to a Uhaul dealer and picked up the van and other items at one of the official Uhaul locations.
