Reserved a truck with a cart and furniture mats. Went to get truck at a laundromat location, not cart or mats. Then I have to go to a uhaul main location to get mats. I expressed my frustration on not getting what I reserved. The mail location said there would be no charge for the mats BUT when I get the bill receipt it show being charge for the cart and mats. NOT HAPPY.
