JORGE Ethe mileage was a bit higher than noted & gas below 1/2 when we started the truck, a dozen tries later we gave up on correcting it in the app; it wouldn't accept our images. if it can't scan the numbers there needs to be an option to upload a regular image!
KIM TI reserved a 26’ to drive one way in the city I used to live in. Upon arrival, I was told that they rented the U-Haul to someone else and the other 26’ wasn’t returned when scheduled. So they sent me on a bogus mission to Boron which was over an hour away the opposite direction of where I needed to get my things. What I thought would be an easy 30 minute process turned out to be over 5 hours! Needless to say I don’t think I will be using U-Haul again if I move, I will just hire movers. Very disappointing.

Kenneth GThe only complaint I have is that it took over 30 mins for them to check out the truck before clearing that everything was ok with it. Prior to returning the truck to this location, I tried to do the fast online return but it wasn't working right.

Geoff BPhotos of the truck should always be up to date when somebody turns in a truck. And an employee should always take you out to the truck so they can note damages. The damage on my truck was so minor in looks that I figured that it wasn’t a big deal and that’s how they rent it out to people. And it was the OWNER at the Sunol location helping me. I had no idea I was being scammed.
