GUY PKarr Doc was great! However, my initial pick up location was to have been in Center Point at 8:30. The 5x8 U-Haul trailer was there, but there was no agent to check me out and no pigtail to connect the lights. I had to make several calls to U Haul to change locations.

DANIEL HThere was nobody at this location to check the trailer out, thus I left the trailer outside the main gate by the side of the road. Anybody could have hooked up to it, and taken the trailer if they wanted. I am not a fan of this return procedure (per the UHaul APP).

Rodolfo JMy original drop off location was in Centerpoint, Tx. I got there at 2:15 pm and they were closed. Their hours are 10a to 2pm. Crazy for during the week business. The website says they have after hours drop off but they DO NOT. We got there and the fence and gate around the business was locked, so we go to the next U-Haul return location 15 miles away in Comfort Tx. Debbie at Karr Docc was able to check our U-Haul in for us. She was very helpful and efficient.

Vera TDon’t judge a book by its cove. Yes, this place looks like a junkyard. There are tons of broken equipment and vehicles everywhere, and many chickens running around. But the woman who helped me was super nice and extremely helpful. There were a few people in line (some upset) and she could have easily been frustrated, but she smiled and kept going. Will definitely go back for a Uhaul if the need arises.

Front porch and yard looks like a trash heap...very unprofessional and surprised that UHaul allows their contractors to have such pitiful conditions for customers to have to enter and transact business.
Cynthia FThe truck was clean but the process of getting the truck and my experience with the truck sucked. My truck was in an old flea market lot without good phone service so the share truck stuff didn’t work. I had to go 3 miles to the other flea market to get helped not a good experience
Roberta RInteresting facility. I spoke with the lady before we dropped the truck. A nice lady. She was not surprised at the cleanliness of the truck when I picked it up. Although I cleaned the truck, she said she'd clean it after we left. I received my turn in receipt, and did not have any extra charge(s) added. Will recommend.
