Return dealer â€œhoundedâ€ me with repeated tele calls wanting the return - she had a pending request for trailer. I told pickup dealer I would return it late, on a specific date - Uhaul s/w didnt register that. When return dealer called (the first tome) I told her I wouldnt return it until a certain date. Then she called me back on the â€œ5 dayâ€ return date wanting to know when 8 would return trailer - I reminded her she had already called on an earlier date and I had told her I would be returning it late (and had given her the date). Overall, the Uhaul electronic records sucked, and the IF with the Uhaul dealers on both ends was not the best. But the trailer functioned fine - got the load from SD to TX in good shape. But I am always nervous hauling a heavily loaded trailer 1300 mi without a spare. Uhaul does have nor offer a spare. So beware!David G.

Internet was horrible. Lady did not seem to know what she was doing. Took almost an hour to rent a small trailer. Contract was supposed to be in my name.. ended up being in my sons. She was really nice just extremely slow and seemed confused most of the timeDAMIAN V.

Why is 2000 model Ford sport utility not reliable to tow a small trailer. Have heavy duty hitch and haul camper yet cant rent a trailer? What's up with that bullshit. Why I could not rent from longview store. I had to lie and say was a 1/2 ton f150 to rent trailer. 3 times now have rented and had to lie. Fix it. Dont continue with discriminationROGER M.

We returned after hours. I will not do that again. No phone reception or internet, so I couldn't do self return. I called uhaul to let them know and ask questions. Long wait on the phone. We were charged an extra day. I had to call UHaul again. Thankfully they said they would remove the charge.TINA P.

lKaren and co. did an outstanding job despite problems with Uhaul site. The main problem I have is with Uhaul itself. Local Gilmer,Tx. dealer was going to pick trailer up and bring it to Gilmer. This would have saved me time and travel. However, Uhaul told him not to worry with it, let the customer go get it. That was not cool. When the dealer tries to go the extra mile for the customer, the co. should support him and recognize his effort.lynn W.

I need someone to call me to give me a refund on $140 that was charged to my card for insurance. I would have NEVER agreed to pay that. I only drove the truck let that a total of 6 mile. I used the truck for storage on my yard while my home had new carpet installed. All this was explained to the lady I rented the truck from. I have no idea how I got charged $140 for insurance. The person at this location chastised my self and my spouse because the truck would have been late....on the 9th. But afyer i reviewed my contract it was due on the 10th. And I was very upset at the attitude and lack of customer service the lady had. I will definitely inform my co-workers and friends and family not stay away from the Diana location.Michael G.
